Singles Going Heady: 2024 is a compilation of every Kendall Street Company single released in the year of 2024. Heady stuff. But let’s backtrack.
Amidst the release of their 2023 prog-jazz experimental record “Separation95,” the band continued to tour relentlessly throughout the United States, to the tune of 120 shows or so a year. Fans were made, hearts were broken, and, of course, new songs were hashed out. Fast forward to one cloudy autumn night in South Carolina at the Charleston Pour House: The band took a blood oath to release a new single every month in the subsequent year. Heady stuff.
Now for the first time, these songs are available in physical format, enshrined in wax. This limited edition run of records is pressed on psychedelic lemon swirl vinyl. Each record is pressed with recycled vinyl and will look slightly unique.
